Arriving into McCarran International Airport

Best Option Presidential Limo – My favorite option is to get my own driver. Their airport specials are amazing! They arrive at the baggage belt with their sign waiting for you. Then you have an hour to do any stops you need to (Liquor store, CVS) and off to the hotel. The airport special includes round trip pick up, so you get the same treatment back to the airport.

Cost: $130.00

Shuttle – You buy your ticket outside the doors and catch a shuttle bus with others. They may stop off at other hotels before yours. I find the buses to not be very clean.

Cost: $15-18/per person round trip.

Taxi – Get in line and grab a cab. Make sure to use your GPS to watch which way they go. They sometimes like to scam you.

Cost: $16-18 to MGM – $22-25 to The Mirage

Getting Around Vegas

Trams – There are some free trams that transport between resorts.

Mandalay Bay – Luxor – Excalibur (Excalibur to Mandalay Bay express also)

Park MGM – Aria – Bellagio

Uber/Lyft – Much cheaper than cabs and cleaner too. Most hotels have a dedicated pick up point for ride-sharing. However they can drop you off at whatever do wish. I use this option for getting to places off the strip.

Taxi – All hotels have a taxi stand just outside the front doors. I stand by my Uber/Lyft recommendations. Taxis are more expensive and are not very clean compared to a ride share.

Public Transportation / Deuce –  24 hour bus service between Mandalay Bay and Fremont Street. This option is good to get all around the strip at all hours.

Cost: $6.00/2hrs $8.00/24 hours $20.00/72 hours

Monorail – Located on the East side of the strip behind the resorts it runs the entire length of the strip.

Cost: $5.00/per ride $13.00/24 hours 3-4-5-6-7 days passes available.
